Did you know? You can save serious $$$ if you download software and upgrades, sometimes as much as 50%. But, I wouldn't attempt this unless you have a cable modem or DSL, it COULD take forever to download.
Bargain hunting (who doesn't)? Check at your local office supply chain store (Office Max, Staples, Office Depot, etc) for their discontinued and markdown table (usually located in the back of the store). One of my local stores had laptop cases (brief case and larger wheeled cases) for $10 & $20!! They had price tags of up to $59. Brand new, just discontinued.

Tired of untangling those 2 dozen cables in your gadget bag? Looking for a special cable in a hurry? Storing something away for that "yearly" event. Well, I've got the perfect solution for all of these problems and more ..... and for FREE, that's right, free. The next time you or your spouse buys a new bath mat set or bed sheets, etc. Save the plastic packaging that they some in. They are usually a very heavy grade of clear vinyl, with either a zipper or snap closure. They come in all sizes (depending on what comes in them) and last a couple of years even in extreme conditions (no one is harder on cables then I am). When they get trashed, throw them out, remember they are free. I use them for everything from cables to backdrops (use the oversized 'quilt' size here). Being clear, you can see all of the contents and don't have to label anything.

Try using zipper-type plastic food storage bags. They come in quart and gallon sizes in dispenser boxes (quantity varies as to brand and size). Great for small cables, adapters, batteries, etc. Buy a couple of boxes and stuff a few bags into your gadget bag, you'll never know when you might need them.
